Our Mission & Vision: the principles behind how we help Indian businesses set up and stay compliant abroad
A mission matters only when it changes what happens on your file. Ours is simple: make it easier for Indian businesses to set up abroad and stay compliant on both sides of the border, without surprises. In practice that means we plan your US, UAE or Canadian entity and the Indian filings that follow it, FEMA, RBI ODI and DTAA, together rather than one after the other.
Our vision is a market where a founder in Pune or Hyderabad can open a company in any of the 47+ countries we cover almost as easily as at home. We are not there yet. Cross-border paperwork is still slow and banks are still cautious, but every engagement should move a founder closer to it. That is also why you keep one point of contact for the whole engagement: fewer handovers, and a team that already knows your history.
To make overseas expansion simpler for Indian businesses, with company formation abroad and the matching FEMA and RBI compliance at home handled by one team.
To be the first call an Indian founder makes before entering a new market, whether that means a company, a work visa or a bank account in any of 47+ countries.
Our mission keeps today's filings on time; our vision keeps the long-term plan in view. Your business needs both from the same team.
Here is how the mission and vision show up in day-to-day work: in how we plan, how we stay current on rule changes, and how we use our 5Cs Framework.
We make international operations easier to run. That starts with the hard parts: picking the right entity and state in the USA, getting a UAE free zone licence issued, and reporting your ODI through your Indian bank on time.
We watch for rule changes in the countries we cover, from Canadian work permit updates to new corporate tax regimes, and adjust your compliance plan before the next deadline rather than after it.
Both sit inside our 5Cs Framework: Coaching, Consulting, Connecting, Collaborating and Co-Creating. The 5Cs describe how we work with you, from the first advisory call to building new markets together.
